Description

Mandola is a medium early potato variety. It has shown to be adapted to hot climates and gave very good results in our trials.
The variety sprouts very quickly when dormancy is broken, and produces many stems. The yield is high !
The grading is very homogeneous, between 40 and 60 mm. It produces many homogeneous tubers, with very nice presentation, and bright skin.
The yield is very high, either in sandy or clay soils. The variety appreciates dry soils, and may succed even if drought occurs.
It is suitable for many cooking use, especially fresh fries. It is very tasty.
