Description
Cosmic is a new exclusive variety by Solawest. It is medium early, and has a high productivity, producing big long oval tubers. The flesh and skin are yellow. It has a very long keeping and is tolerant to common scab and to nematods (Ro 1-4).
It has a very nice taste and has a dry mater of 18%, making it suitable for many different dishes.
